This document should be read together with any applicable proposal, order, product terms and linked policies for your pCube Software Solution service.
What this channel covers
Report suspected misuse involving a pCube Software Solution website, hosted service, software account, email, form, domain, application or infrastructure. General sales, billing and ordinary technical support requests should be sent to info@pcubeweb.com instead.
Phishing and impersonation
Report pages, messages, domains or accounts that appear to impersonate a person or organisation, request credentials, collect payment deceptively or misuse pCube Software Solution branding. Include the full URL, sender details and safe evidence where available.
Spam and harmful content
Reports may cover unsolicited bulk messaging, scams, malware distribution, prohibited content, harassment, threats, intellectual-property abuse or other activity that may harm users, systems or third-party rights.
Security vulnerabilities
A suspected vulnerability should be reported privately and responsibly. Do not access, copy, alter or delete data; disrupt service; test other users; use destructive tools; or publicly disclose the issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Information to include
Provide the affected URL, product or account, date and time, clear description, steps observed, screenshots or message headers where relevant, and your preferred contact method. Remove passwords, payment details, government identifiers and unrelated personal information.
How to submit a report
Email abuse@pcubeweb.com with a concise subject such as “Phishing report”, “Security issue” or “Spam complaint”. If the concern creates immediate danger, financial loss or criminal risk, also contact the appropriate bank, platform or law-enforcement authority.
Acknowledgement and triage
Credible reports are reviewed according to apparent severity, scope and available evidence. We may request additional information, preserve relevant logs, restrict access or refer the matter to a customer, provider or competent authority where appropriate.
Confidentiality and good-faith reports
We will handle reporter information with reasonable care and share it only where needed to investigate, protect rights, comply with law or coordinate a response. Anonymous reports may be reviewed, but missing information can limit investigation and follow-up.
False or abusive reports
Do not use this channel to harass users, make knowingly false claims, demand payment, threaten disclosure or interfere with legitimate business activity. Misuse may be ignored, blocked or referred to the appropriate authority.
Intellectual-property complaints
A copyright or trademark complaint should identify the protected work or mark, the allegedly infringing location, the complainant’s authority, contact information and a good-faith statement. Incomplete notices may require clarification before action.
Limits of the process
Submitting a report does not guarantee removal, disclosure, compensation or a particular outcome. pCube Software Solution may be unable to act where it does not control the reported system, lacks sufficient evidence or is legally restricted from sharing details.
Emergency and official requests
This email is not an emergency service. Matters involving imminent harm should be reported immediately to local emergency or law-enforcement authorities. Government and legal requests must be sent through valid official channels with appropriate authority and scope.
